Annual Meeting Notice

You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the members of the Woods of Wimbledon II Maintenance Corp (homeowners association) at the above date and location. Please plan to attend or submit a ballot/proxy if you are unable to attend.
All owners are encouraged to participate! This is an important meeting with the election of two board members, the adoptions of the Restated and Amended By-Laws (included in this mailing), review of the association financial status and adoption of the 2017 budget, and discussion of any unfinished and new business.
If you are unable to attend the meeting please return the enclosed ballot/proxy form to the address below or email below. You may also personally deliver the ballot/proxy to a board member. However, in order to ensure the security of the voting process, the preferred method for submission of a ballot or proxy is by mail in a sealed envelope.
A copy of the proposed By-Laws and a summary are included with this mailing. We will follow the current By-Laws requirement regarding voting to adopt the proposed Restated and Amended By-Laws. The adoption requires a majority approval of the members attending the meeting.
Please submit any agenda items to be considered for new business by March 15, 2017.
