The Architectural Control Committee or ACC is responsible for granting or withholding approval of construction plans and specifications on all new construction and on all exterior modifications to existing homes within the subdivision. This includes all additions, re-roofing, changing color schemes, cutting of any trees within the subdivision, and significant changes to landscaping.
An architectural committee is charged with reviewing/approving changes to the exterior of a home and enforcing the community’s rules. Each member of the committee has a thorough understanding of what is and is not allowed in the community.
